The Mangekyo Sharingan is one of the dojutsu kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan, being a much more powerful variant of the Sharingan. Other than the red iris, the Mangekyo Sharingan's design is different for every user(the photo here is of Madara Uchiha and his brother, Izuna's versions of the Mangekyo Sharingan). The powers of this dojutsu are also different for over user, though they all can use the powers of the Sharingan on a higher level with it. Madara and Izuna's individual techniques were not completely known, though Madara can use the Susano'o jutsu, and with it the Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi jutsu, as well as the Yasaka Beads. Itachi Uchiha also had all these, though they were all he had. Sasuke Uchiha has all these too, but also the Inferno Style adaptation of the Amaterasu. Shisui Uchiha's only jutsu with this dojutsu was the Kotoamatsukami genjutsu, the strongest one in existence. This dojutsu has a more powerful variant called the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
